Maritime Network

MARCOD Blæksprutte Engelsk.PNG

MARCOD facilitates five maritime networks:

The five networks have a total of approximately 260 members all of whom are members of MARCOD.

MARCOD facilitates the networks and provides administrative support. Common tasks include membership surveys, network strategies, collaborative projects, workshops, study trips and trade exhibitions.

MARCOD strives to get the maritime organisations and networks to work together across the region. MARCOD belives that the development of maritime networks is a central element in order to strengthen the region.

The maritime networks contribute to enhance innovation and operational synergies between the organisations. The networks can strengthen cooperative relationships across the organisations and provide a far better coordination of activities and knowledge e.g. regarding the availability of maritime courses.

Moreover, the maritime networks help spread and raise the profile of knowledge and competences within the industry, resulting in a continuous development of the maritime cluster.
